The Nation3 DAO will set to grow its North Star metrics during Q4 2022 to: 1) 50 active citizens, and 2) Equivalent of 1 BTC secured by the Nation3 jurisdiction. Both will be measured as the average during the last week of Q4 2022.
If the North Star metrics governance proposal passes, the next logical step is to define how to measure those metrics and set goals to meet in the next quarter. In terms of criteria to measure, I would propose: Number of active citizens: Citizens with a NationCred score higher than X during the last 4 weeks of the quarter Value secured by the Nation3 jurisdiction: Equivalent amount of BTC staked in Collateral Agreements secured by Nation3 Court.
